We have all debugged our fair share of code -- but have you ever thought about how to debug the speed at which your team releases that code?
Split is partnering up with Code Climate to discuss the in's and out's of debugging your Cycle Time. Cycle Time is the heartbeat of your software development organization. Engineers everywhere talk about the need to accelerate their Cycle Time, but it can be hard to know where to start and how to improve. CEO/Co-Founder of Code Climate, Bryan Helmkamp, and CTO/Co-Founder of Split, Pato Echagüe, will break Cycle Time down into discrete parts, giving the audience a framework to quickly understand how they are doing and where they'll get the most leverage with process improvements.
In this webinar, Pato and Bryan will discuss:
- Why engineering Cycle Time matters.
- Best practices for using data to improve performance.
- Steps to take to speed up your engineering Cycle Time.
Bring your your team, bring your challenges and questions.
We'll see you there!
